Ragdoll Playground

One press starts the match. Nothing moves until you do — not even the CPU.

A sandbox pitch, not a serious match

Ragdoll Playground keeps the goals and the ball but changes the environment. Gravity is lower, the ball floats, and two trampolines sit on the pitch waiting to launch anything that touches them.

The result is less a football match and more a physics toy. You can spend a whole round trying to score from your own half, or just watch two ragdolls bounce off each other for a minute.

What is different in playground mode

Everything you know about timing still applies, but the ball hangs in the air much longer, so jumping kicks become genuinely useful instead of a desperation move.

  • Lower gravity — the ball and both ragdolls float
  • Two trampolines that launch the ball and players upward
  • Bouncier ball, so ground shots rebound off the walls
  • Same controls as the main game: A / D, W, S

Trick shots worth trying

Bounce the ball off a trampoline first, then volley it while it is still rising. The extra height gives you a much steeper angle into the goal than a ground kick.

For a cross-pitch goal, stand near your own trampoline and kick the ball into it — the launch sends it most of the way down the pitch, and the CPU rarely reacts in time.

Jump kicks work better here than anywhere else. Because the ball stays up, you can jump, wait at the top of the arc, and still connect cleanly.

Controls and setup

The controls are identical to Ragdoll Football, so there is nothing new to learn. A and D move, W jumps, S kicks, R restarts, and the player switch above the pitch hands the arrow keys to a second player.

Answers

Frequently asked questions

What is Ragdoll Playground?

It is a sandbox version of Ragdoll Football with lower gravity, a bouncier ball and two trampolines on the pitch. The goals and controls are the same.

Is Ragdoll Playground free?

Yes. It runs in your browser with no account, no download and no payment.

What are the controls?

A and D to run, W to jump, S to kick, R to restart. In 2-player mode, Player 2 uses the arrow keys and Down to kick.

Can I score from my own half?

Yes. Kick the ball into a trampoline and it launches toward the other goal. It is the fastest way to score in playground mode.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. The touch buttons and the resizable pitch work the same way as in the main game.
