How to Play Ragdoll Football
The rules take thirty seconds to learn. Winning takes longer. Here is the short version, then your first match.
OpenRagdoll Football Controls
Every key on one page: Player 1, Player 2, the four touch buttons, and an honest note on what the Roblox version does differently.
OpenPlay Ragdoll Football
One page, two ways in: the browser game if you want to kick a ball in ten seconds, or the Roblox version if you have an account and want progression.
OpenRagdoll Games
Five floppy-physics games on one engine, plus how to pick the one that fits the two minutes you have.
OpenWhere to start
Most people arrive with one of four problems. Pick the row that sounds like you.
- Never played and want the rules — start with How to Play Ragdoll Football.
- Playing but cannot kick where you aim — the Controls page explains how direction is calculated.
- Losing every 1v1 — the two-player page covers positioning and the second-touch rule.
- Playing on a phone — the mobile notes live in the Play page until the dedicated guide ships.
How these guides are written
Every claim on these pages can be tested on the pitch in one session. If a tip cannot be reproduced in the browser game, it does not belong here.
Where the Roblox version differs, the page says so explicitly instead of blending the two sets of rules into one. That distinction is the reason this site exists.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to read these in order?
No. Each guide is standalone and links to the next one only when it genuinely helps. Start with whatever problem you have today.
Are these guides about the Roblox version or the browser game?
Mostly the browser game, because every tip can be tested there immediately. Pages that cover Roblox say so in the first line.
How often are the guides updated?
Whenever the game rules or the pages change. The date under each heading is the last real edit, not a rolling timestamp.
